Apartmenthouse “Am Schroffen”

Back to the 80s with a view of the green and a private pool – that’s best how to describe the apartment house “Am Schroffen”. At the bottem of the mountain “Predigtstuhl”, next to the cable railway our studio-apartments are perfectly located for any trip to Bad Reichenhall or exploration tours of the beautiful landscape.

A highlight of this apartment house is the pleasantly heated panorama pool which may exclusively be used by residents and guests. All our apartments offer a nice balcony with a view to the green, a living room with a sofa bed and an attached bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchen and a separate bathroom. Whether you are travelling as a couple, with your kids or your beloved dog, we warmly welcome you at “Am Schroffen”!

Very nice apartment with a great view. There is a lot of hiking paths all around this place. I would recommend this place to people who loves nature. Christian is a very friendly host. We have with us 3 dogs and it was not a problem.

The stay was great. The appartment was clean and fully equipped (including kitchen utensils), the location was great (with plenty of parking spots), very comfortable. I absolutely recommend Christians place.

Our Villa Bariolé was built in 1898 and is therefore a contemporary witness of the magnificent villa architecture of the 19^th century. Located in the heart of spa town Bad Reichenhall our Villa Bariolé is the perfect starting point for all your activities to the wonderful Berchtesgadener Land. The alpine sole spa “Rupertus Therme” is only a 10-minute walk from our villa, and the famous spa garden “Kurgarten” with its historic “Gradierwerk” is right next door.

All our Villa Bariolé apartments are designed to match the historic style of the building and offer a nice balcony with a view to the green. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. Extraordinary! A charming villa perfectly located near the Rupertus Therme in this quaint town. The hosts are lovely and greated us with treats and useful information. They brought our kids toys and games and coloring pencils to play with. We absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to come back! Also, I have back problems always and the bed here was so comfortable that I slept without back pain for the first time in years 😁!

Außergewöhnlich! Hier passt alles, freundliche Gastgeber, super schöne Ferienwohnung mit 2 Bädern, top ausgestattet, sauber, gepflegt, harmonisch eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, alles da, was man braucht. Der Balkon sehr groß, mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Bergblick. Dazu kommt ein kostenfreier Parkplatz und eine unschlagbare Nähe zum Zentrum. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und konnten die Tage genießen. TOP!

Sehr unkompliziert und super Lage für Ausflüge nach Salzburg oder Königssee. Die 2 Zimmer waren perfekt für uns, die 2 Badezimmer sehr angenehm. Nettes Ambiente in einer Villa mit schöner Aussicht.

Sauber, schlicht und einfach eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft ist ganz in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone von Bad Reichenhall. Die Wohnung war total sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir nutzten auch unseren großen Balkon um dort zu Frühstücken. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und korrekt. Alles in allem: Sehr zum Empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lake Thumsee is a crystal-clear mountain lake. Its water reaches a pleasant temperature in midsummer and is one of the most popular bathing lakes around Bad Reichenhall. The lake is around 15 minutes away by car and is beautifully embedded in the landscape.
