Our Mangroovy Residence Apartment in M10 is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment and can be booked for a maximum of 5 persons.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a king sized bed and bathroom en suite and a private balcony, another bedroom with a king sized bed and a separate bathroom and a third small bedroom (nanny room) with a single bed and bathroom en suite. The living room has a large balcony, adjoins the kitchen and offers a beautiful view of the pool area.

Mangroovy Residence is a completely new and exclusive apartment complex on one of the most beautiful beaches in El Gouna. Our Jutta Deluxe Apartment is located in the M10 cluster of the apartment complex and includes a beautifully landscaped pool area.

Location

El Gouna is conveniently located 25 kilometres north of Hurghada and only a four-hour flight from Europe’s major capitals. El Gouna has a superb infrastructure and excellent services as well as nice beaches and year-round sunshine.

Mangroovy Residence is a completely new and exclusive apartment-complex at one of the most beautiful beaches “Mangroovy Beach” in El Gouna.

The residence is located between the “New Marina” and the new exclusive “Fanadir Marina”. The yacht club of El Gouna “Smokery” and the “Abu tig Marina” can be reached quickly and easily by foot.

This place exceeded our expectations. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The place is so comfortable and cozy. Its very clean and has everything you need .The beds are comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent and the light in the morning is so refreshing.
They were very flexible with check-in and check-out time. They also helped us find a ride to the airport, which was extremely helpful. Amazing apartment and amazing hosts 🙂 Will definitely book it again soon!

Great location, few minutes walk to the beach and new marina. Old marina is also easily reachable, with variety of outlets and restaurants. The quality and cleanses of the furniture and interiors, is what we would do at home. The attention to details of making everything handy and available is remarkable. The quality of everything in the apartment was very high. All that is needed on vacation was there, so we didn’t have to buy anything extra. We were greeted very nicely by Hany. The roof terrace is awesome, even if we didn’t use it because there was wind every day for kiting. We were able to walk from the apartment to KBC, fantastic. We can therefore highly recommend the apartment.

Restaurants
El Gouna offers a variety of good restaurants. We can especially recommend the following: La Playa (international cuisine), Breeze (for steak lovers), Saigon (Vietnamese cuisine), Barten (sushi & fusion specialties), Tandoori (Indian cuisine) Malu’s Deli (vegetarian & vegan specialties).
Makani Beach Club
Makani Beach Club is more than a kite station. In addition to an outdoor workout area, there are spinning bikes and yoga classes available for the daily sports program. Also, there is a sauna with sea view, a nice range of massages and a healthy and particularly tasty cuisine as well as a beautiful chill-out area which complete the concept. Enjoy the Makani vibes!
Alcoholic beverages
If you would like to enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer in the evening, you have to visit either “Drinkies” in Downtown or “Cheers” in the New Marina. Alcoholic beverages are not available in a normal supermarket.
Grocery shopping
For gourmets, we recommend trying the “Gourmet Supermarket” – especially the many types of bread and homemade cakes as well as the large selection of meat and cheese are excellent. For fish lovers we recommend the “Fish Market” in Downtown and if you want to buy cheap fresh fruit and vegetables you should visit the “Fruit Market” in Downtown.
